Notice what’s missing?

They’re cutting the huge dead tree in the neighbor’s yard!! I still don’t know how I feel about it, I thought it was kinda pretty in a dead kinda way. I didn’t even notice it was dead until someone pointed it out to me a year after we moved in! Now the yard feels so much more open, but I feel more exposed! It’ll be nice to get more sunlight on our garden boxes. I also feel more inclined to clean up out fence garden area now, get new plants to fill in the gaps.

Anyway, it feels like a huge change. Silly, isn’t it?!
