See, if I had only checked my weight last Tuesday and today, I would have been all “woohoo, I lost one pound!” Instead now I’m all bummed knowing that had lost 3 pounds last week and regained TWO over the weekend. Man, ok pizza was good, but if every weekend puts me back 2 lbs then I need to rethink my weekend diet debauchery. Isn’t there a middle ground between losing too quickly and gaining?!
